Guest for the Week
Mike and Cathy Rout spent the past few days as our house guests. Mike is pastor of Circle Drive Baptist Church in Colorado Springs. They brought their daughter LeeAnn to enroll in CBU.

School of Christian Ministries Retreat
Today, Aug. 25, we had our preschool School of Christian Ministry work retreat. This is a GREAT group to work with!

New School Year
After a long summer things are cranking up for the new school year. After two days of faculty workshop, we had a faculty dinner tonight (Indian Jones theme). This afternoon we greeted new international students. In between we went shopping for the grandchildren (Janet's favorite activity)

Church Scenes
Sunday July 20 our church, Fellowship in the Pass, opened the new worship center. During the summer I have done a Wednesday evening series on "Foundations for Spiritual Growth" at Hemet Valley Baptist Church.
